Have you ever considered doing your comics like you do your illustrations?

i.e. in vibrant, evocative colours.

Sometimes, yeah. I've worked on series like Machine and Flutter in a similar way but in subdued colors. Don't know why, it just feels right to me making black and white multi panel pages, and then gentle color single pages.
